Less Is More:The 3-Step Routine That Actually Works.

In today’s beauty world, it’s not uncommon for the average woman to be using dozens of products every day—cleansers, toners, serums, moisturizers, eye creams, masks, and let’s not forget makeup! Add all that up, and it's easy to see how complicated skincare routines have become. But what if I told you that the secret to glowing, healthy skin doesn't have to be a 10-step process? What if the best skincare can be as simple as ABC—a few, powerful products that actually work, without all the extra fuss? Let’s break it down and get back to the basics of what really matters for your skin!

I usually tell my clients that cleansing is the first step toward glowing skin, and there is no need for a 2- or 3-step cleansing routine. That's all just marketing designed to get you to buy unnecessary bottles and wash your face 2-3 times a day! If you’re wearing makeup, you can simply use unrefined olive oil to remove it. Believe me, it works wonders! Afterward, you can choose from one of the following cleansers: the foam cleanser is a top seller among youth because it is very gentle and suitable for all skin types. The powder cleanser is perfect if you need a gentle scrub.
The next step is optional: a proper toner. Why optional? Because some people (and skin types) need it, while others don’t. I usually used toner during the spring and summer, but when we moved to Alberta, I started using it year-round because the air here is very dry, and my skin needs extra hydration.
Remember, a toner cannot be used as a cleanser. Some people (not sure where they learned this) add toner to a cotton pad and use it to "clean" their skin, skipping the regular cleansing step. But toner doesn’t have cleansing power—its purpose is to hydrate, not to clean. Our toners should be applied directly to clean skin.
And the last step will be a proper moisturizer or hydration product. Usually, we moisturize in winter and hydrate in summer. For moisturizing, you can try one of the following options. These oil-based serums penetrate very quickly due to the natural ester components.
You may also want to try ordering the INDIVIDUAL CREAM. Read more about the INDIVIDUAL CREAM FORMULATION.
For hydration, you may want to try our Hydration Serum:
We also created a special gel for the thinnest skin—the eyelid skin. However, many customers have reported that their individual cream or facial serum worked just fine. But if you want something extra special, please check out this product:
And as you can see, it wasn’t difficult. Literally, you only need 1-3 products—THAT'S IT!
Remember, when you see TV models advertising cosmetics with a TON of MAKEUP, that’s not their skin—it’s just the right camouflage.
The cosmetics industry does not profit from healthy skin. It thrives on your skin having problems. PROBLEMS = MONEY—and you’re the one paying for the pink tubes. 💸
I agree with the notion that "skin types" are a broad categorization (although, yes, they are used to market cosmetics). However, the real factors are your skin's current condition and genetics, which, let’s face it, aren’t something you can easily change with a single product.
When choosing skincare products, focus on your skin’s condition right now—and stop saying things like, “I usually have...”. Your skin can change day by day, so you need to listen to what it needs today, not yesterday.
And, of course, the foundation for healthy skin is:
✔️ Proper Cleansing
✔️ Protection from Environmental Factors (through nutrition and moisturizing/hydrating products)
✔️ Good Blood Flow (don't forget massage & gua sha)
