Cancellation Policy
Massage Service Cancellation Policy: We are committed to providing you with the best possible experience and understand that unexpected events can arise. To ensure smooth scheduling for all clients, please review our cancellation policy below: 1. No Show or Same Day Cancellation: No refund will be issued for missed appointments or cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled session. We are happy to offer the option to reschedule the session, subject to availability. 2. Full Refund for Cancellations (3+ Days in Advance): A full refund will be provided if the appointment is canceled at least 3 days prior to the scheduled session. Cancellations made within 3 days of the appointment will not be eligible for a refund. 3. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. In such cases, we can reschedule your session to a later date, but no refund will be issued for appointments canceled due to emergencies.
